The pattern is knit over 10 rows and repeated in multiples of 13 stitches.
What you’ll need
- Knitting Needles (I used 4mm, 6US, 8UK
- Elle Double Knit (DK) yarn / Light worsted yarn

MULTIPLES OF 10 + 3
Cast on multiples of 10 stitches + 3 – my sample shown is worked over 33 stitches.
1st Row (right side): p1, *k1, p1; rep from * to end;
2nd Row: p1 *k1, p1; rep from * to end;
3rd Row: p1, k1, p1, *k7, p1, k1, p1; rep from * to end;
4th Row: p1, k1, p9, *k1, p9; rep from * to last 2 sts, k1, p1;
Rep the last 2 rows 3 more times.
Repeat the pattern (these 10 rows) until your work is the desired length.
