An embroidery machine is an investment and all of us are fortunate to have one.  But sometimes, you feel guilty because you are not using it so often.

MORE ABOUT THE MACHINE EMBROIDERY POSTS ON THE BLOG:

One of the most popular posts on the blog is 15 and then 25+ Sites offering free embroidery designs.

If you are wondering if it includes ITH (In-the-hoop) designs, most of the sites do include ITH designs but here is another post:

Facebook groups are ideal if you are new to machine embroidery or if you just need help and support.  It can become lonely at home, and the ladies in these groups are so generous with their knowledge.  Maybe you are a member of a lot of Facebook embroidery groups, but check out my list here:

Facebook groups for machine embroidery.

In the Free Christmas embroidery designs post, and the ultimate list of the greatest Christmas designs (paid designs) I share everything Christmassy.

If you are using your embroidery machine to supplement your income, I know it is hard work.  It is rewarding but so many things can go wrong.  My daughter and I made a load of embroidery projects one Christmas, but we hardly sold anything.  It happens.  Luckily, we were able to gift it to someone who needed the money more than we did, and she sold it and generated an income for herself.

Are you using your machine just to make gifts?

Me too.

It is so rewarding to make something special.  And if we are honest, the machine does almost all of the work.

Enjoy this category and please send me an email if you want to learn or know something more specific about using your embroidery machine.

I am no expert, but I know a few ladies who will not be shy to help out.
