Making up the knitted Christmas Tree

Place two finished pieces right sides facing and slip stitch around outer edge, leaving a small gap in one side.

Stuff lightly with toy filling and close the gap.

With crochet hook and yarn, make a chain through the top stitches, long enough to fold double.  Slip stitch the chains into the same stitch and work the strands in.

Decorate tree with a ribbon, some decorating stitches or beads/buttons.

  1. Jacy, I am glad I could give you a glimpse into our lives! Amarula is nice and if you can get it, try the recipe, it is really something different.

  2. I have never thought of a “warm” Christmas! The idea is completely foreign to me. I’ve never thought of how other parts of the world’s food options are much different on Christmas! Interesting! Also, I’ve never heard of armula. But judging by the recipe, I’ve got to find it!
