We sometimes get so engrossed in our own lives, that we tend to forget that others are not busy with the same stuff as us....like Pinterest.

I was amazed at the response I received from my post last week - 3 Pinterest tools that will rock your profile.  I learned that even bloggers are new to Pinterest!

That is not a bad thing, it means that I have the opportunity to teach you something new ever so often, and that I like!

So, without further ado, let's take a look into some more tools/extension to rock your profile:

The Free Ultimate Pinterest Checklist Have you heard of these amazing Pinterest tools?

 1.  Pinterest Image Expander

The extensions enlarges the image once you hover over it for more than half a second.  You do not need to click and open an image in a new browser anymore. You also have all the buttons to click from your main page.  Once you click it will diminish the size again but you at least had a clearer view of the image.

2.  Pinterest sort

This is probably the Pinterest 'magic' tool!

Why, you would ask?

If you have anything more than 20 boards, you will know how tedious it becomes to clean up your profile.

You can now:

  • Sort boards from Highest Pins to Lowest or vice versa
  • Alphabetically from A-Z or Z-A
  • Choose the above for Private/Public boards or both

The board buttons have changed to:

  • Toggle Groups
  • Collapse Groups
  • Sort Preview
  • Sort Boards and Save

The pin sort button is activated if your profile opens in the latest pins view or if you open up a specific board.  You are able to sort pins to:

  • Repins
  • Likes
  • Comments

The collapse button is extremely helpful in re-organizing Pinterest board.  If you click on the first red arrow as featured on the picture to the left, that is the icon which will bring up the feature.  If you click on collapse, your boards will appear like in the picture.  If you choose Toggle boards - the buttons "Auto-group boards" and "Group boards" will appear - 2nd and 3rd arrows.

3. Pin my screen

The extension offers the ability to pin any screen - as per the picture.  You can use this as a bookmarking tool as the picture will remind you of what you are searching for.

I hadn’t heard of any of these (and I am a huge user of Pinterest!) I’m not sure I’d actually use them, but I’m pinning this to have on hand for down the track.

My Pinterest journey is also incomplete, and I suspect it always will be.

Pinterest is great, not just for traffic but for finding great blog posts and super key words.

I agree Stephen. To me, it is the greatest source of traffic and I enjoy the platform too! Thanks for popping in.
